Leads up 300%

I am actually stunned. I created it just for leads. But it performed better than expected.

In case you don’t know me. I am a Scottsdale Real Estate Agent and the Creator of RE blogdog. An automated real estate blogging system.

I started using RE blogdog on my A Brent Co real estate website at the first of May 2015. Since then, my leads have increased over 300%. I can’t be happier with the results.

Being a web developer, realtor, blogger, and seo is my hobby. I don’t spend any money on buying clicks or traffic. I think most of that is fake anyway. Although I have heard of sone good leads coming from that. They are all just too expensive in my opinion.

RE blogdog was an idea I had while working through all the SEO keyword sets I could think of for A Brent Co. WOW. There were 1000’s of possibilities. So I took the most popular keyword sets and started writing php code. Then, I realized I could use this for the not so common keyword sets as well.

The sets that no one else uses very often. The set that give me all the free real estate leads.

And I didn’t stop there. I made every possible combination in every order, forwards and backwards. It was actually pretty easy. But I like stuff like that.

Then I thought… What am I going to do with all these page titles, and all the possible blog posts topics? All the keyword sets???

Well, that’s what RE blogdog is. I created a system that would write a unique blog post for every single title and keyword set that could possibly be created for real estate. I added images, alt text, links, IDX search results(that match the keywords of course), and a built in Call to Action that would send the client directly to the info they desired, after getting there contact info, all while keeping the client entertained on my (my is very important here) website. Not to mention sharing every blog post automatically with Publicize (a free WordPress plugin) to all 5 of my social media pages with pictures and nice headings.

Just an FYI, the “Featured Listings” on my blog are not part of RE blogdog yet. It creates a blog post automatically every time someone visits a Realty One Group(my broker) listing from Scottsdale. It can be set to agent id or broker id or as many of both as you desire. Same for cities. If your interested let me know.
