Troubleshoot Automated Content

I’m not getting my posts…

1. Go to the “Auto Content” tab in your WP Admin.
2. Verify the API Status is set to “Active”.
3. If No, Turn the API on. You’re done.
4. If Yes, Continue to Step 5.
5. Go to the “Post” tab in your WP Admin.
6. Verify the dates for the missing posts.
7. Document the dates for the missing posts.
8. Submit a Support Ticket with the dates of the missing posts and your API Key.

I’m getting my posts. But, posts are not publishing…

1. Go to the “Post” tab in your WP Admin.
2. Click the checkbox for each Post that has missed the schedule.
3. In the “Bulk Actions” dropdown. Select “Edit”.
4. Click “Apply”.
5. In the Edit section. Click the “Update” button on the far right.
6. The posts will be published for you.

All my posts have very similar titles.

Adding more “Locations” tabs or changing the criteria in the existing “Locations” tabs will solve this problem. We also have a helpful video. Optimizing Your Automated Content
